We are not alone
This book is a must for every mum to keep close to hand and heart. It's truly uplifting and gives us peace of mind that we are not alone; to share a quote "there's nothing wrong with you if you are finding motherhood hard, it's hard". This book gives us busy and sleep deprived mums permission to just be oneself.. and be ok with that. A wonderful message for us all.
